How we think about your data
Your client book is among your most valuable assets. SalesFleet treats it that way: tenants are strictly isolated, every query is scoped to your organisation, and access within your org is governed by role-based permissions and row-level visibility (own, own-territory, team or all).
Visibility you control
Reps see their own book; managers see their team; owners see everything. The rules are enforced on the server, so hiding a record in the UI is never the only line of defence.
Communication with consent
Arrival notifications and tour digests are opt-in and carry a one-click unsubscribe. Live GPS is off until a rep explicitly enables it. Nothing about a person's location is shared without consent.
