Yes. Set a specific follow-up date and it takes precedence over the calculated next-due date until the visit is honoured.
Set the visit interval to 0 — the client stays in your CRM but is never surfaced as "due".
It updates automatically when a visit is completed in the field, or you can mark a client visited manually.
