### Can I override the cadence for a single client?
Yes. Set a specific follow-up date and it takes precedence over the calculated next-due date until the visit is honoured.

### What if a client should never be auto-scheduled?
Set the visit interval to 0 — the client stays in your CRM but is never surfaced as "due".

### Where does "last visited" come from?
It updates automatically when a visit is completed in the field, or you can mark a client visited manually.
